💡 What to do while waiting for your appointment?
- Medication : Take a suitable analgesic (preferably paracetamol. Avoid ibuprofen in case of suspected infection without medical advice).
- Cold action : Apply an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to your cheek (never apply heat).
- Tooth expelled : Store the tooth in saline, milk or in your own saliva. Above all, do not clean it to preserve the living cells.
- Chewing : Avoid eating and do not chew on the painful side.
